Purchase order terms and conditions apply for your purchases at www.monkeysports.eu. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and MonkeySports Sweden AB (Swedish company Reg. No. 556647-8896), Uthamnsvägen 9, 151 38 Södertälje (hereinafter called ”MonkeySports”). You commit to these terms and conditions by making a purchase from MonkeySports so we kindly ask you to read the terms and conditions beforehand.
You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address upon completing the purchase at the checkout. The order confirmation is your receipt, so retain your order confirmation in case you need to contact customer support.
Choose to pay with your bank account via Trustly, invoice via Klarna or with your VISA or Mastercard card via DIBS. MonkeySports does not handle any bank or credit card numbers.
Order and pay from your bank account via Trustly. Simple, safe and swift. Choose your bank and log in with your usual codes over a safe, encrypted connection. Choose the account you want to pay from (e.g. savings account or checking account) and confirm your purchase. You will be debited for your purchase. Read more about Trustly’s terms and conditions.
Klarna lets you pay 14 days after delivery. You can also spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments. When purchasing via Klarna, the order is delivered to your registered address. Your invoice is activated and sent via e-mail to you when the order is dispatched from MonkeySports. Klarna is available in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands and Austria. Pay safely and securely online with your bank or credit card via DIBS. MonkeySports accepts VISA and Mastercard. Your order will be debited when the order is dispatched from MonkeySports. Expect 2-3 business days before any refunds can be seen in your account. Custom orders are debited at the time of purchase.
All prices on www.monkeysports.eu are including VAT. Prices are displayed excluding VAT if you have a delivery address outside EU. If your order is delivered to a country outside EU, taxes and import duties might be added, and you will bear any such costs. MonkeySports recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders placed in somebody else’s name without their consent will be reported to the police. The same applies to any orders where MonkeySports suspects fraud. If a specified price is incorrect, MonkeySports reserves the right to cancel the order and release the reservation back to the customer. If you are under 18 years old, you need a parent’s/guardian’s consent to order from MonkeySports.
The delivery time within Europe might vary, usually between 2-5 business days. Delivery time is the time from when the order is dispatched from our warehouse until it reaches you. The shipping cost within Europe is between SEK 150-350, depending on weight and shipping service. When your order has been completed, you will be notified via e-mail, containing shipping confirmation and consignment identification. You cannot make any changes to your order once the order is completed. Your parcel will be traceable in the evening after UPS has received and registered your consignment. This is usually carried out after 7:00 PM the same day we have dispatched your order. You will need to provide identification if you collect your order from a pick-up point. Your order will be at the pick-up point for 14 days; if you have not collected your order or been available for delivery at three different occasions, Monkey Sports will charge you for a return cost of SEK 300 within Europe. Report immediately to the pick-up point or the shipping company’s driver if the parcel and/or content is/are damaged when you receive it. Place your order by December 16 to receive it in time for Christmas (Europe only), delay may occur if the the product is out of stock.
DELIVERY BY UPS
UPS will deliver your order during weekdays between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. UPS leaves a note at your door if you have not been able to receive your delivery. The note informs you that they have tried to deliver your order during the day and they have left your parcel with a neighbour or that they plan to deliver your parcel the following business day or left your parcel at your closest UPS Access Point (pick-up point). You can change your delivery address or re-schedule the delivery free of charge through the UPS My Choice app or by calling UPS Customer support. Please provide your entry code in the address field if you live in a flat.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have a 60-day return and exchange policy after receiving your order via MonkeySports and 14 days cooling-off period. You may unpack and try the product in a safe environment without damaging it and still invoke the return policy. For returns, please refer to the instructions on the return form. As customer, you bear the costs for the return shipping, SEK 99 within Sweden. Always remember to retain the original packaging and receipt. Always protect the original packaging; MonkeySports has the right to charge you a cost of SEK 150 if the original packaging is damaged or missing. Our return and exchange policy will be void if the product is used, modified or damaged. This also applies if the product is a custom product tailored to your request. Contact MonkeySports customer service if you are missing a return waybill. A refund could take up to 3-5 business days MonkeySports have received your return. Your money will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase.
When you order from MonkeySports you always have a time-limited warranty on the item you have ordered. This warranty is set by each manufacturer and differs from product to product. A warranty period means that MonkeySports via each manufacturer is responsible that a product works during the specified time. During the warranty period, MonkeySports will firstly repair the product. When the warranty period is expired you must be able to corroborate that the product was defective from the beginning. Always remember to retain the receipt or a statement from your bank account when you return a defect item. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages and defects from tampering, external damage or unusual usage. A hockey stick has a warranty period of 30 days to protect you as customer from manufacturing defects. The warranty is void when the hockey stick is damaged due to tampering, external damage or unusual usage. An example of external damage in ice hockey is when a hockey stick gets a blow or is run over by an ice-skate. A hockey stick is a product engineered with advanced technology and in a fragile material to make you into a better hockey player. A hockey stick is used to pass, shoot and control a hockey puck. In order for MonkeySports to handle a warranty and claim case for composite sticks, the serial number on the stick must be intact and the stick must not be spray-painted/painted. Contact MonkeySports if you have any questions regarding warranty.
The following circumstances are considered grounds for exemption if they prevent the agreement from being completed and the party will not be liable to take the necessary measures to avoid or overcome the consequences following:
War, uprising or riots, mobilization or unforeseen military incentives of the corresponding extent, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, export or import restrictions, general shortage of goods, shortage of means of transport, labour dispute including workplace conflicts, restrictions concerning fuel, fire, failure or delay of deliveries from subcontractors or commodity suppliers caused by any of the stated exemptions or loss of commodities during transport to any of the Company's facilities and any other circumstance beyond which the party could not control; and where the circumstance’s impact on the execution of the agreement could not have been foreseen at the conclusion of the agreement.
If a dispute arises between you as customer and MonkeySports and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may lodge a complaint with the EU’s function for Online Dispute Resolution. Read more on http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We ask you to review the terms and conditions before you place an order via MonkeySports, even when you are a returning customer, as these terms and conditions could be amended from time to time.
